George Gatski Chief Executive Officer Las Vegas Recovery Center FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE LAS VEGAS, NV — Las Vegas Recovery Center (LVRC) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Pamela Rinato, PsyD, LCSW, CHt as LVRC’s Clinical Director. “Dr. Rinato is a highly skilled and experienced clinician,” said LVRC CEO, George Gatski. “As LVRC’s full-time Clinical Director, she will help guide our clinical departments as our organization continues to grow.” As LVRC’s Clinical Director, Dr. Rinato will help the facility create new programs that include tracks that directly cater to veterans and first responders. She will also oversee the training of clinical staff toward new dynamic psychotherapies. Dr. Rinato brings over twenty-five years of experience in the mental health field, with a background of specializing in the treatment of conditions experienced by veterans. Most recently she served as Head of the Addiction Disorders Treatment Program at the Southern Nevada Veterans Administration Hospital. Prior to joining the Veterans Administration, Dr. Renato spent over twelve years in private practice in Florida, where she founded an intensive outpatient treatment program. During Dr. Rinato’s practice in Florida, she also worked for the Glenbeigh Specialty Hospital with a focus in Addictions, Trauma, and Eating Disorder treatment. While with the specialty hospital she constructed the facilities Domestic Violence Program geared toward treatment for first responders. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Barry University, a Masters in Social Work from Florida International University, and PsyD from Calamus University. She holds certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. She is also a Reiki Master and a faculty member of the American College of Addictionology. “I am excited to come to LVRC as the facility’s Clinical Director,” said Dr. Rinato. “I look forward to incorporating new strategies to work with clients looking to overcome a variety of substance abuse disorders, including trauma. LVRC is already operating at its best, but I want to take a step further and help the facility achieve more accomplishments. My goal is to leave a legacy here by building clients successes through the body, mind, and spirit.”
