As the Coronavirus pandemic continues to persist in the U.S., we have taken heightened precautions to continue to provide safe and effective care for our clients at Las Vegas Recovery Center. The well-being and safety of our clients, their families, and our staff are always our top priority. In addition to our existing policies, our staff has received infection prevention and control training, and disinfection of offices and residences are carried out daily. Our staff members are utilizing personal protective equipment items such as masks and sanitizer as we continue to adhere to CDC guidelines.
We are continuing to accept new clients for all levels of care at this time. For more information on how we are operating during COVID-19, contact us today.
The State of Nevada fully licenses Las Vegas Recovery Center. Our programs are designed to treat the symptoms of addiction and the underlying factors and causes of the disease, including denial, family dynamics, and a lack of a continuing support system.
The Joint Commission has more than fifty years of recognized and respected experience and expertise in evaluating clinical care quality in all types of healthcare settings. Founded in 1951, the Joint Commission seeks to continuously improve the safety and quality of care provided to the public by awarding healthcare accreditation and related services that support performance improvement in healthcare organizations. An independent, not-for-profit organization, The Joint Commission is the nation’s oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting healthcare body. By demonstrating excellence in healthcare quality in its programming to serve addicted people, Las Vegas Recovery Center (Las Vegas Recovery Center) awarded the Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission.
Reviewers from The Joint Commission evaluated Las Vegas Recovery Center’s addiction treatment programming under the Behavioral Healthcare component to assess our compliance with The Joint Commission’s stringent national standards and performance measurement expectations for the management of behavioral healthcare. The Joint Commission currently accredits more than 1,600 behavioral healthcare providers nationwide. All surveys are conducted by highly experienced behavioral healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, behavioral healthcare nurses, and mental health administrators.
Las Vegas Recovery Center voluntarily pursued this comprehensive, independent evaluation to validate the quality of care we provide to our clients. We are proud to achieve this distinction. We view obtaining Joint Commission accreditation as a validation of our commitment to excellence.
Obtaining the Gold Seal assures our clients and their families of the quality of our services. We are committed to continually improving our service delivery and to be the provider of choice in Las Vegas. Accreditation by Joint Commission is the gold standard, recognized by managed care companies and health professionals; we are the only free-standing, private drug and alcohol treatment facility in the entire State of Nevada that has earned the Gold Seal.
