At Las Vegas Recovery Center, we strive to ensure clients participate in a highly individualized treatment experience. Our programs are staffed with trained professionals to address the needs of our residents and their families. This is the first step toward a new opportunity and unrealized potential for you and your family. All calls are handled with respect, understanding, and confidentiality.

Initial Call

Admission to one of our programs begins with a call to our Admissions office. You will speak with a skilled Admissions Specialist regarding a detailed explanation of our programs, insurance review, and associated fees. It is important we learn as much as possible about your unique situation, so please set aside sufficient time to complete this initial call. If you feel more comfortable emailing the admissions office, please fill out the confidential form provided.

Pain Recovery Admissions

If you are investigating or planning an admission to our Pain Recovery Program, we will need to complete a phone pain/medical assessment. This will be scheduled for you by your Admissions Specialist. The assessment will be completed by a member of our medical team. Please plan to have sixty to ninety minutes available for this call. This assessment is reviewed by Mel Pohl, MD, LVRC's Medical Director and our pain treatment team. Your Admissions Specialist will contact you after your assessment is reviewed.

Financial Arrangements

We accept a variety of insurance plans and have a daily rate for detoxification, substance abuse treatment, and pain recovery treatment. Please speak to our admissions staff about insurance coverage and associated fees. It is important we have all financials arranged prior to admission to ensure there is no uncertainty about your or a loved one's length of stay.

Transportation/Travel

The admissions office will make suggestions for your travel to Las Vegas Recovery Center. If you are flying, please be sure to review arrival times with the admissions office before you book a flight. Once your flight is confirmed, please relay this information to the admissions office so they can schedule transportation from McCarran International Airport to Las Vegas Recovery Center. You will be greeted at the airport by a friendly member of our staff. If you are traveling with family, a friend, or a professional, we will ensure they receive return transportation to the airport or to a local hotel following admission to our center. Although personal cell phones are not allowed at Las Vegas Recovery Center, it is important you travel with a cell phone-especially if you are flying alone.
