Carline DaPrato, RN, MSN is the Director of Nursing. She studied nursing at The University of Pennsylvania, earning both a Bachelor and Master of Science in nursing. She has over 35 years of nursing experience, to include medical/surgical, psychiatric/mental health and chemical dependency arenas. Most recently she was the Charge Nurse of a sub-acute floor in a skilled nursing facility. Ms. DaPrato has been with the Company since December 2009.

Connie Ellis is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Company since June 2005. Ms. Ellis provides nursing care to clients to include assisting with client exams, communicating client needs with medical staff, administering medications and providing client education.

John Lanzillotta, Physician Assistant
John Lanzillotta, PA-C is a physician assistant licensed in the State of Nevada and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He has over 25 years of experience in family practice, geriatrics, occupational health and substance abuse treatment. PA Lanzillotta has served as physician assistant advisor to the Nevada State Board of Medicine and is a preceptor for medical students. He has been with CRT since March 2007.
